Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
- Manage warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, including inventory levels, shipping documents, and delivery proofs.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, promptly and effectively.
- Utilize logistics software (WMS, TMS) and other tools to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and inventory control.
- Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
