Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate documentation for shipping and receiving (e.g., invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders).
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Resolve issues arising from logistics operations (e.g., delays, damages, returns).
- Analyze logistical data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role (minimum 4 years).
