Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and organization, to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of deliveries, optimizing routes and loads to reduce transit times and operational costs.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the logistics process.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality control regulations and company policies.
- Utilize and maintain logistics management software (WMS/TMS) for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and delivery statuses for management review.
Required Skills
