Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate documentation for shipments, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to optimize logistics processes.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to manage orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in transportation and delivery.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Negotiate with carriers and logistics service providers to secure favorable terms and rates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international shipping regulations and safety standards.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within warehouse and delivery operations.
