Join our partner, a leading force in retail and distribution, as a professional Logistics Coordinator focused on warehouse and delivery operations in Nyanya, Abuja. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of deliveries and shipments, optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
