Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring optimal space utilization, efficient stock rotation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage order processing and fulfillment, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Negotiate rates with logistics providers and freight forwarders to secure competitive pricing.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status and potential delays.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as shipping discrepancies, damages, or delays, efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipment details, and delivery performance.
- Implement and monitor logistics KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
