Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of domestic delivery routes, schedules, and carrier assignments to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Monitor and track shipments from point of origin to destination, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Optimize inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with transport vendors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs declarations (if applicable).
- Analyze logistical data to identify areas for improvement, implement efficiency enhancements, and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Resolve issues related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory quickly and effectively.
