Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
- Manage inventory levels accurately, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies using WMS.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments (sales, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with logistics providers to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, customs paperwork, and logistics reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain promptly and effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in warehouse and delivery operations.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software.
