You will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing inventory control, warehouse organization, and the entire delivery lifecycle, from dispatch to final customer receipt. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Coordinate and schedule all delivery activities, optimizing routes and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking inventory levels and managing stock discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse environment.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to manage and track shipments, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of local and international transportation regulations and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
