Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate and schedule all inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and reconciliation, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow and resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare and process all necessary logistics documentation, including waybills, invoices, customs forms (if applicable), and delivery notes.
- Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and vehicle allocation to optimize delivery routes and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and best practices in warehouse and delivery operations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational performance.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating with diverse teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
