Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from warehouse to delivery points, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.

- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to monitor shipments and provide real-time updates.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage of products.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries, striving for prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management techniques and warehouse best practices.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
