Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate documentation for shipments, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delays, damages, and discrepancies, promptly and effectively.
- Negotiate with carriers and logistics providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, suggesting improvements and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant logistics regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proven experience with logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
