Job Description
Career.supersecrets is searching for a dedicated and physically capable Loader to join our growing logistics team in Ras Al Khaimah. This crucial full-time position involves the efficient and safe handling of goods within our warehouse and during the loading/unloading of vehicles. As a Loader, you will be instrumental in the smooth flow of our operations, ensuring that products are moved, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. Your daily tasks will include meticulously checking incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests, organizing inventory, and carefully handling a diverse range of items to prevent damage. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
This role requires a high degree of physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, often involving lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling various items. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and other team members to coordinate logistics and ensure operational efficiency. Safety is paramount, and adherence to all company safety guidelines and procedures is non-negotiable. You’ll be expected to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and proficiently after proper training. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload goods from delivery trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
- Verify quantities and inspect items for damage against shipping manifests or invoices.
- Safely transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse using manual and mechanical equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Organize and stack goods in a systematic and safe manner, maximizing space utilization.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the loading dock and warehouse areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines for material handling and warehouse operations.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking items and quantities.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
