Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-time, attentive care for two children aged 4 and 7 years.
- Assist with morning routines, including dressing, hygiene, and breakfast preparation.
- Transport children to and from school and extra-curricular activities (driver's license essential).
- Plan and engage children in educational and recreational activities appropriate for their age.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
- Supervise homework completion and assist with school projects.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children, including tidying play areas and children's laundry.
- Implement consistent routines for meals, naps/rest, and bedtime.
- Manage children's schedules and appointments.
- Communicate regularly and openly with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience as a nanny or childcare provider.
- Proven ability to create engaging and educational activities for young children.
- Valid South African driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
