Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patrons with locating books, resources, and information.
  • Help users with library services, including borrowing, returning, and renewing materials.
  • Shelve books and other library materials accurately and maintain an organized collection.
  • Assist with the setup and support of library programs and events.
  • Provide basic technical assistance for library computers and digital resources.
  • Answer phone calls and direct enquiries as appropriate.
