You will operate and maintain various laundry equipment, manage inventory, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Sort laundry articles by color, fabric type, and degree of soilage prior to washing.
- Operate commercial washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect all laundered items for cleanliness, stains, and damage, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Fold, iron, and press linens, towels, and uniforms according to established hotel procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of laundry processed and inventory levels.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laundry machinery and the laundry area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed, demonstrating a flexible and team-oriented approach.
- Handle guest laundry requests with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift, push, and pull heavy loads (up to 25 kg).
- Basic understanding of laundry chemicals and equipment operation.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.

- Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant in a hotel or hospitality setting.
