Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including industrial washers, dryers, and irons.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest garments.
- Inspect items for stains or damage before and after washing, reporting any issues.
- Handle delicate fabrics and specific garment care instructions with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry area.
- Monitor and manage laundry supply inventory, reporting needs to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in linen distribution to various hotel departments as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements promptly.
