Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort laundry items according to fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements.
- Wash, dry, fold, and press all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Inspect all items for stains, damage, or wear, and take appropriate action.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic laundry area at all times.
- Monitor laundry supplies and report inventory needs to management.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with other hotel duties as required, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
- Ensure timely processing of laundry to meet operational demands and guest expectations.
