Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and loading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., masons, carpenters, electricians) with their tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools and materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, tidying, and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations strictly to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Support the demolition of structures and removal of rubble.
