Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples according to established protocols and precise specifications.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, spectrophotometers, pH meters, and incubators.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments under supervision, accurately recording observations and data.
- Maintain meticulous and organized laboratory notebooks and digital records of all experimental procedures and results.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and quality control procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking laboratory supplies and consumables.
- Execute general laboratory housekeeping duties, including cleaning glassware, sterilizing equipment, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate effectively with senior researchers and team members on various R&D projects.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report significant malfunctions promptly.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
