Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses under supervision, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and process samples, reagents, and media for various R&D experiments.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and cleanliness.
- Accurately record, document, and manage experimental data and results in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.
- Assist in the inventory management of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and consumables, initiating reorder requests as needed.
- Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment, strictly following health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with senior scientists and team members to troubleshoot experimental challenges and optimize procedures.
Required Skills
- A diploma or degree in Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Lab Science) or a related field.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, sterile technique, solution preparation).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and experimental execution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
