Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Prepare chemical reagents, solutions, and culture media accurately according to established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Collect, record, and organize experimental data meticulously and accurately in lab notebooks and digital systems.
- Assist with the analysis and interpretation of experimental results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, strictly adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of materials.
- Dispose of chemical and biological waste in accordance with established environmental health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, providing support where needed to achieve project goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding experimental design and results.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field.
