Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior scientists and researchers in conducting experiments and research projects.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and equipment according to established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and apparatus, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Collect, record, and organize experimental data accurately and meticulously.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate preliminary reports under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, quality control standards, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Document experimental procedures and results thoroughly in lab notebooks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding experimental design and outcomes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
