Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures across the organisation.
- Identify critical knowledge gaps and collaborate with subject matter experts to capture, document, and structure essential information.
- Design and manage knowledge repositories, portals, and collaboration platforms to ensure easy access, usability, and consistent user experience.
- Establish and enforce robust content governance frameworks, including content lifecycle management, quality standards, review processes, and version control.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs to embed KM best practices and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of KM initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with IT and various business units to integrate KM solutions seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.

Required Skills
