Key Responsibilities
- Washing and sterilizing dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs (e.g., peeling vegetables).
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal according to health and safety guidelines.
- Receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Assisting with inventory checks and reporting low stock levels.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Supporting chefs and other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
