This role presents an exciting opportunity for an aspiring and talented Junior Web Design Developer to kickstart their career with a dynamic, market-leading organization at MTN Rwanda. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using core web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers to accurately implement visual designs and ensure technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
- Write clean, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and company standards.
- Assist in thorough debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within web applications to ensure seamless functionality.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to team knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Stay continuously updated with the latest web development trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Support the integration of front-end components with back-end services and APIs to create robust full-stack solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design principles and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git)
- Basic understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
