Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables, set up new tables, and ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized.
- Assist senior waiters and other restaurant staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic numeracy skills for order taking and billing.
