Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them in seating.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to tables.
- Clear tables efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant, including polishing cutlery, folding napkins, and stocking service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
