Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them in seating.
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage items.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables, clean and reset them efficiently for the next guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and tidying.
- Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are spotless and readily available.
- Replenish condiments, napkins, and and other table supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
