Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests in the dining area.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using a manual system or POS device.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them meticulously for subsequent guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized dining area, including polishing silverware and glassware.
- Anticipate and attend to guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and address special requests.
- Handle payments and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system as required.
