Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
- Process bookings, issue tickets, and handle all necessary documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage client inquiries, modifications, and cancellations promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and supplier promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
