As a Junior Sound Technician, you will play a crucial supporting role in delivering high-quality audio for a variety of music events, concerts, corporate functions, and private parties across Dubai. You will work closely with our experienced Senior Sound Technicians, learning the ropes of professional audio equipment, signal flow, acoustics, and live mixing techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the setup, calibration, and dismantling of sound equipment, including microphones, speakers, mixers, amplifiers, and cabling.
- Learn to operate various audio consoles and related software under supervision.
- Monitor sound levels and quality during live events, making minor adjustments as directed.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of audio equipment and signal paths.
- Assist with packing, transporting, and maintaining audio gear.
- Ensure all equipment is handled with care and safety protocols are followed.
- Shadow and observe senior technicians to gain practical knowledge and experience.
- Contribute to a clean and organized workspace.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and artists to ensure smooth event execution.
Required Skills
