Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision of security personnel and operations within the industrial estate.
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises to deter unauthorized activities and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, responding promptly to alerts and suspicious activities.
- Manage access control points, verifying credentials for personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the estate.
- Prepare accurate and timely incident reports, daily logs, and observations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure environment for all.
- Liaise effectively with site management, emergency services, and other stakeholders during incidents.
- Provide immediate response to security breaches, emergencies, and medical incidents according to established procedures.
- Train and mentor junior security guards under the guidance of senior supervisors.
- Ensure all security equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions.
Required Skills
- Strong observational and analytical skills.

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, incident reporting software).
