Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points for residents, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring strict adherence to entry/exit procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or potential security breaches.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to maintain continuous oversight of the estate.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and visitor logs.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, promoting a safe and orderly environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with fellow security team members and estate management to ensure seamless security operations.
