We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Junior Security Officer to join our team, providing essential security services for a prestigious gated residential estate located in Shasha, Alimosho. As a Junior Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, playing a crucial role in maintaining the safety, order, and peaceful environment of the estate. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control access points, verifying identity of residents, visitors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, including common areas, perimeters, and facilities, to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, promptly reporting any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and visitor logs.
- Respond effectively and efficiently to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security alarms, following established protocols.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and visitors.
- Provide assistance and direction to residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report and escalate any security concerns or breaches to senior security personnel or estate management.
- Ensure all security equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions.
