Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points (gates, pedestrian entrances) to the gated estate, ensuring only authorized individuals and vehicles enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate perimeter and common areas, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities, breaches, or hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and outgoing vehicles, adhering strictly to established protocols.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established emergency procedures.
- Liaise effectively with residents, property management, and emergency services when required, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, intercoms, and alarm systems, reporting any malfunctions.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and visitors.
- Prepare detailed daily reports on security activities, incidents, and observations.
- Assist with traffic control and parking management within the estate when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of personal presentation and professionalism at all times.
