Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, including perimeters, common areas, and designated zones.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts or suspicious activities.
- Control access points, verifying identity of visitors, contractors, and residents as per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, observations, and daily activities in a logbook.
- Respond effectively to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security threats, escalating as necessary.
- Liaise respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors, providing assistance and information when required.
- Ensure compliance with all estate security policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or breaches of security directly to the Estate Manager.
- Assist in the enforcement of estate rules and regulations to ensure a harmonious living environment.
