We are seeking a diligent and proactive Junior Security Officer to join our dedicated Estate Team in Ikosi, Kosofe. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of the estate premises, checking for unauthorized persons, security breaches, and potential hazards.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect and report any unusual activities or incidents.
- Control access points to the estate, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter, and maintaining accurate logs.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Assist residents and visitors with security-related inquiries and provide directions when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and handover notes to ensure effective communication across shifts.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance to maintain order and security.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow security team members and estate management to address security concerns.
- Conduct routine checks of fire safety equipment and emergency exits to ensure functionality and accessibility.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
