Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate perimeter and internal areas, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to alerts and suspicious activities.
- Control access points, verifying credentials of visitors, staff, and contractors entering and exiting the premises.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, observations, and shift reports.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by all residents, guests, and service providers.
- Assist residents and guests with security-related inquiries and provide directions when needed, maintaining a helpful and professional demeanor.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols and escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with senior security personnel, facility managers, and other estate staff to ensure seamless security operations.
- Report and document any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs related to security systems, lighting, or access control.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and drills to enhance security awareness, preparedness, and professional skills.
Required Skills
- Strong observational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, demonstrating good judgment.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
- Excellent integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic English (written and verbal) for effective communication and report writing.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

- First Aid and CPR certification.
