Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate perimeter and internal areas to identify and deter security threats.
- Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems, reporting any suspicious activities immediately.
- Control access points, verify identities of visitors and residents, and maintain accurate entry/exit logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Liaise with senior security personnel and management regarding security matters and incidents.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents, staff, and visitors.
- Provide assistance and information to residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness at all times to ensure continuous security coverage.
