Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate perimeter, common areas, and sensitive zones.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment for suspicious activities.
- Control access points, verifying identity of residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and observation records.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations professionally and respectfully.
- Collaborate effectively with the senior security team and estate management.
- Assist residents and visitors with security-related inquiries and provide directions.
- Perform basic first aid if required and assist emergency services personnel.
- Conduct routine checks on safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
