Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of assigned premises and property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of all access points.
- Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to identify potential threats, suspicious activities, or breaches.
- Control and manage access to the estate, meticulously verifying credentials of all visitors, contractors, and residents, and issuing appropriate passes.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations, coordinating effectively with relevant authorities when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents, daily activities, and observations in an official logbook.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations consistently, ensuring compliance and addressing any violations in a professional and calm manner.
- Assist residents and visitors with inquiries, provide clear directions, and offer support while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Conduct routine checks on essential safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits, promptly reporting any defects or issues.
- Collaborate effectively and seamlessly with other security personnel and estate management to ensure efficient and robust security operations.
