Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated estate areas, ensuring all entry points, common spaces, and perimeter fences are secure.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, responding promptly to any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Control access to the estate, verifying identities of visitors and contractors, and managing visitor logs efficiently.
- Respond effectively to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, documenting observations, actions taken, and any relevant information.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations firmly and courteously, ensuring compliance from residents and visitors.
- Collaborate with senior security personnel and estate management to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors as needed, maintaining a helpful and professional demeanor.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and drills to enhance security knowledge and emergency response capabilities.
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned by the Estate Manager or Head of Security.
