Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned estate premises, including perimeters, buildings, and common areas, to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and alarm panels, promptly reporting any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Control access points, verify credentials of visitors and vehicles, and maintain accurate entry/exit logs.
- Respond effectively to alarms, emergency situations, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborate with senior security personnel and estate management to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and provide basic first aid if required.
- Maintain a visible and professional presence, acting as a deterrent to potential threats.
- Operate security equipment and devices efficiently and responsibly.
