Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and regular patrols of the estate premises, meticulously checking for unauthorized individuals, potential security breaches, suspicious activities, or any unusual circumstances.
- Efficiently monitor and control all designated access points for residents, registered visitors, and vehicles, ensuring strict adherence to authorization procedures and established security protocols.
- Respond promptly, calmly, and effectively to all alarms, security incidents, and emergency situations, which may include medical emergencies, fire outbreaks, and direct security threats.
- Operate and continuously monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras and other advanced security surveillance systems, diligently reporting any observed irregularities or suspicious movements.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate daily logs, detailed incident reports, and other critical documentation pertaining to security activities and observations.
- Strictly enforce estate rules and regulations, actively promoting a safe, orderly, and respectful environment for all residents and visitors.
- Provide courteous assistance to residents and visitors with inquiries, directions, or minor issues, consistently demonstrating professionalism and a helpful demeanor.
- Collaborate effectively with the senior security team, estate management, and local law enforcement agencies when necessary to address significant security concerns.
- Ensure all assigned security equipment, including radios, flashlights, and gate control systems, are in optimal working condition and promptly report any malfunctions or damages.
- Actively participate in mandatory ongoing training programs and professional development sessions as required by the company to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

- Completion of relevant professional security certification or specialized training programs.
- Valid First Aid and/or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Familiarity with the local Mushin area and community dynamics.
