Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential estate perimeter and common areas to ensure security and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and control access points for residents, visitors, and vehicles, verifying identification and logging entry/exit as required.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations, escalating issues to senior security personnel or emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and records of security activities, observations, and occurrences.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations uniformly and respectfully, ensuring a harmonious living environment for all residents.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment effectively, reporting any malfunctions.
- Provide assistance and direction to residents and visitors in a polite and professional manner, especially during emergencies.
- Collaborate with the estate management team and other staff to enhance overall safety and security measures.
- Undergo and successfully complete all required security training programs and certifications.
