Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to the residential estate, verifying identities of visitors and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate grounds, perimeter, and common areas to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment effectively.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations (e.g., fire, medical emergencies).
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, politely but firmly, ensuring compliance.
- Assist residents and visitors with directions and provide general information as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow security personnel, estate management, and local law enforcement.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents, their property, and estate assets.
- Be available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a rotational roster.

- Strong observational and surveillance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (English proficiency required).

- Basic understanding of security procedures and protocols.
