Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential estate perimeter and common areas, identifying and reporting suspicious activities or breaches.

- Control access to the estate, verifying identities of visitors and contractors, and issuing temporary passes as per established procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
- Respond to emergency situations such as medical emergencies, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations firmly but courteously.
- Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and provide direction when needed, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a security-related role or a similar protective service.
- Basic understanding of security procedures and protocols.
