Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential estate premises, including common areas, perimeters, and access points.
- Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems, promptly reporting any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Control access and egress for residents, visitors, and vendors, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to estate protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily occurrences, and visitor logs.
- Respond effectively and calmly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security threats, following established procedures.
- Provide assistance and direction to residents and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring a peaceful and orderly environment.
- Collaborate with senior security personnel and estate management to identify and address potential security risks.
- Undergo regular training to enhance security skills, knowledge of emergency procedures, and use of security equipment.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports for management review.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of security principles and practices.
- Excellent observation and vigilance skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities (English).
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
