Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of the office complex perimeter and interior spaces to detect and deter unauthorized activities or potential threats.
- Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems diligently, responding to alerts as per established security protocols and procedures.
- Control and manage access to the premises, meticulously verifying identities, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the facility.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of visitors, security incidents, daily activities, and observations.
- Respond swiftly, calmly, and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, medical emergencies, or other security-related incidents, following company guidelines.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures rigorously, ensuring full compliance by all staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Provide clear, concise, and comprehensive written reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities to supervisors.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and crowd control when necessary, guiding occupants to safety.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, management, emergency services, and the general public.
